Promote the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities of Eau Claire County through collaborative and focused action.
Our Structure
Eau Claire Health Alliance consists of a broad-based Coalition and Action Teams that are all working to promote the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities of Eau Claire County.
The Eau Claire Health Alliance is the result of a merger of two long-standing coalitions in Eau Claire County: Eau Claire Healthy Communities and the Alliance for Substance Misuse Prevention.
Over 250 partners from across the county convene to advance data-driven goals that address health priorities identified by Eau Claire County residents.
Action teams focus on health priority areas identified in the Eau Claire County Community Health Assessment.
Teams are guided by the Community Health Improvement Plan which identifies goals and strategies for action teams to use to address the health priority areas in our community.
Chronic Disease Prevention
Encourages active lifestyles at all life ages, increased consumption of healthy foods and beverages, and promotion of health screenings.
Healthy Relationship Promotion
Encourages community members across the lifespan to cultivate strong, healthy relationships that foster a safer and more inclusive community.
Coalition Minutes
The Eau Claire Health Alliance hosts meetings two times a year in April and October, and invites all coalition and action team members, interested community members, and other partners to attend.
