Community Conversations
Results are in from the Community Health Survey conducted recently by local health partners in Eau Claire County. Those results will be shared during a series of pop-up Community Conversations scheduled through mid-January. Eau Claire residents will have 5 opportunities to join in-person pop-up events at various locations throughout the County or join one of two virtual conversations.
L.E. Phillips Senior Center (1616 Bellinger St. Eau Claire) - December 15th from 10am-2pm
The Community Table (320 Putnam St. Eau Claire) - December 20th, 11:30am-1pm
North vs. Memorial Hockey Game (Hobb Ice Arena, 915 Menomonie St, Eau Claire) - January 2nd, 6pm-8pm
Woodman’s (2855 Woodman Dr, Altoona) - January 4th, 2pm-4pm
Fall Creek Library (122 E. Lincoln Avenue, Fall Creek) - January 10th, 10am-11am
VIRTUAL Conversations will be held on January 10th from 3-4:30pm and January 17th from 6:30-8pm.
